At least it looked pretty...

It looks so good! I made this lamb roast and it looked so very yummy that I had to take a picture. It is from the book Jamie’s Dinners. I stuck fresh spears of rosemary – that I am growing! – into this lamb followed by whole cloves of garlic. Stuck right into the meat! How awesome is that? Then there are potatoes, carrots, leeks and onions around it in the pan. Dang it looked good. And then we cooked it. And it made me sick. I think the meat was bad (it had a funny smell, but the butcher SAID it was okay, so we thought we would trust him – big mistake). It was still so beautiful that I had to share it! If I make it again, I will let you know how it turns out…
